Heinz Jennewein
Senior Vice President, South/West Division and Performance Solutions

Heinz Jennewein is responsible for all commercial and operational aspects of the EMEA South/West division. In addition, Heinz is head of Performance Solutions, Strategic Operations and Information & Communication Technology across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Heinz’s lengthy career within the travel industry began in 1993 at the European head office of Best Western International, where he was responsible for global distribution systems. He moved to Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1995 to lead Information Technology across 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as CWT’s European project management organization. Heinz joined BCD Travel in 2006.

Mie Beullens
Vice President Operations South/West
Division
| Mie Beullens was appointed Operations Director of BCD Travel Belgium on September 1, 2008. Since then, she has grown in her role and in 2010 became Vice President Operations for the Division South/West. Mie's openness and strong personality combined with a solid knowledge of our organization ensures not only stability and continuity in Operations but also enables a more fruitful collaboration with BCD Travel in the division North/Central. |

Diederik Banken
Vice President Commercial BeNeLux
| Diederik Banken started at BCD Travel (previously TQ3 Travel Solutions) in 2002 as Head of the Account Management department. In 2004, Diederik joined the Executive Committee. He became Vice President Commercial for the Netherlands in 2010 and later took over the responsibility for the commercial team in Belgium. In addition, he manages the Groups Department, Marketing & Communication and Direct Channels. His previous professional experience consists of numerous operational and commercial roles in the IT sector. |

Alex Escartin
Finance Director South/West Division
| In July 2011 Alex Escartín moved from his former position as finance director Spain to finance director South/West. He has taken over the position of Fred ten Hoeve, who is now working on a project to standardize the financial system for EMEA and UK & Ireland in order to streamline accounting, controlling and reporting processes and procedures. Alex is a finance professional with more than 13 years experience in industrial and service multinationals, and is used to working in international, changing and highly competitive environments. |

Peter Buisman
Senior Vice President Human Resources EMEA

In the beginning of 2008 Peter Buisman was named Senior Vice President HR EMEA. Later, he took over responsibility for HR in the South/West Division
.
Peter studied HR Management and gained professional experience in management functions in several non-travel related companies such as PON, Randstad, de ASR Groep, Mattel and Adidas.

Valérie Sasset
Vice President Commercial France
| Valérie started in the Tourism sector back in 1985 as travel agent, implant manager and travel agency manager at Diners Voyages. Until 1998 she held various positions in the tourism industry. From 1998 until 2006 she launched and developped BTI France and held the position of Managing Director. Valérie joined the BCD Travel group in 2006. Valérie Sasset speaks fluently French, English and Italian and is the mother of three children. |
